Easy, Rich & Dreamy Country Vanilla Ice Cream
The perfect summer treat by itself, in a cone, banana split, or sundae. And let's not forget as a topping for fruit pies and cobblers. YUM!

Ingredients

sugar
2 - 1/2

whole milk

heavy cream

teaspoon
salt
2 - 1/4
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Place eggs in mixer bowl and beat until combined.
Add sugar gradually and beat on medium high until the eggs are thick and pale.
Pour in the whole milk and the heavy cream. Add salt and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and process until thick and creamy.
Add the ice cream to the freezer food containers and place the containers in the freezer for 2 hours before eating for best results.
