Hi, I’m Marian, the heart behind Simply Made Homestead and Goofy Goat Soapworks. My husband, Andrew, and I are building our homestead from scratch on five beautiful acres in central Florida. What started as a desire for a garden and a few chickens has grown into a full-fledged adventure with goats, chickens, bees, and a passion for self-sufficiency.
I love sharing the joys and challenges of homesteading, from gardening tips and DIY projects to raising animals and making handmade goat milk soap. Every step of this journey connects me to the land and inspires me to embrace a simpler, more intentional way of life.
